61.725โ€ƒModification of agreement.โ€”
(1)โ€ƒThe parents of a child may modify an agreement granting temporary custodial responsibility by mutual consent and without the consent of any nonparent.
(2)โ€ƒIf an agreement is modified before deployment of a deploying parent, the modification must be in writing and signed by both parents and, if applicable, any agreed-upon nonparent granted temporary custodial responsibility under the modified agreement.
(3)โ€ƒIf an agreement is modified during deployment of a deploying parent, the modification must be agreed to in a record by both parents and, if applicable, any agreed-upon nonparent granted temporary custodial responsibility under the modified agreement.
