484.0447 Fees.The board shall by rule establish fees to be paid as follows:
(1) Examination application fee, not to exceed $150;
(2) Examination fee, not to exceed $175, which is refundable if the applicant is found to be ineligible to take the examination;
(3) Reexamination fee, not to exceed $175;
(4) Initial licensure fee, not to exceed $600;
(5) Trainee registration fee, not to exceed $100; and
(6) Biennial renewal fee, not to exceed $600.
