617.1102 Limitation on merger.A corporation not for profit organized under this chapter may merge with one or more other eligible entities, as identified in s. 607.1101(1), only if the surviving entity of such merger is a corporation not for profit or other eligible entity that has been organized as a not-for-profit entity under a governing statute or other applicable law that allows such a merger.
