F.S. 631.2715631.2715 Liability under federal priority of claims law.—The State Risk Management Trust Fund shall cover department officers, employees, agents, and other representatives for any liability under the federal act relating to priority of claims, 31 U.S.C. s. 3713, for any action taken by them in the performance of their powers and duties under this chapter.History.—s. 6, ch. 2011-226.
