F.S. 641.422641.422 Contract provisions incorporating charter or bylaw provisions.—No prepaid health clinic contract shall contain any provision purporting to make a portion of the charter, bylaws, or other constituent document of the clinic a part of the contract unless the provision is set forth in full in the contract.
