F.S. 641.452641.452 Administrative penalty in lieu of suspension or revocation of certificate of authority.—The office may, in lieu of suspension or revocation of a certificate of authority, levy an administrative penalty in an amount not more than $10,000 for each violation by a prepaid health clinic.
