F.S. 655.965655.965 Preemption; prohibition.—Except as expressly provided, the provisions of this section and ss. 655.960-655.964 supersede and preempt all rules, regulations, codes, or ordinances of any city, county, municipality, or other political subdivision of this state, and of any local agency regarding customer safety at automated teller machines located in this state.History.—s. 1, ch. 94-343.
