957.12 Prohibition on contact.A bidder or potential bidder is not permitted to have any contact with any member or employee of or consultant to the department regarding a request for proposal, a proposal, or the evaluation or selection process from the time a request for proposals for a private correctional facility is issued until the time a notification of intent to award is announced, except if such contact is in writing or in a meeting for which notice was provided in the Florida Administrative Register.
